Try out pole dancing with a two-2one lesson just for you and a friend! Learn how to move, sping, climb, walk around the pole and even go upside down in an intensive 1.5 hour class exploring the fun side of fitness.
Originating from chinese pole performance, pole dancing builds on strength, flexibility and muscle tone to increase overall fitness whilst in a relaxed and fun environment. This class gives you all of the benefits of our weekly pole fitness classes but with a more personal touch and one on one teaching. These lessons can be taken at several of our venues around the UK and can be combined with a weekend away with our help to find the best accomodation and entertainment in the area.

Details
You will be issued with a voucher valid for 12 months. the class is only available to those aged 18 years (16 years with parent/guardian consent) and over and no exceptions can be made so please check before you buy. The experience lasts for 1.5 hours which includes a warm-up and cool down as well as the main lesson and if you would like to have a more personal experience please bring along your own music to work to. You will be presented with a certificate on completion of the class so you can show all your friends what you have acheived! |
