The KEGELMASTER is a progressive resistance vaginal exerciser designed to perfect pelvic floor exercises. The contacting and relaxing of these muscles is commonly referred to as Kegel Exercises and the Kegelmaster has been designed to increase the muscular strength and improve circulation of blood to the vagina. The goal of this exercise is to increase the strength of the muscles that (1) stop the flow of urine (2) support the bladder uterus and rectum and (3) contract during sexual orgasm. Using basic dynamic resistance exercise principals the KEGELMASTER is shown to be the most effective in reconditioning weakened or damage muscles. These principals of exercise are used in medical and rehabilitation facilities health clubs and sport training facilities. The Kegelmasters resistance will strengthen vaginal muscles that are underdeveloped or weakened by childbirth and age.
